Services

CodeCharmer LLC provides technology consulting, software development, WordPress/WooCommerce services, workflow automation, AI consulting, IT support, systems integration, and digital imaging/document-management consulting.

Scope of work

Custom work is governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, email confirmation, or other written scope. Customers are responsible for reviewing the scope before payment.

Payment

Payment terms, prices, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, and due dates are stated in the applicable invoice or written agreement. Work may be paused for late payment or missing approvals.

Customer access and materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, proper authorization, and any necessary access to systems or accounts. Customers must not provide credentials or data they are not authorized to share.

Intellectual property

Ownership and license rights for custom deliverables are governed by the written agreement for the project. Unless otherwise stated, CodeCharmer may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, libraries, templates, and general know-how used to perform services.

Third-party tools

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, APIs, SaaS tools, analytics services, repositories, or software platforms. Customers are responsible for third-party terms, costs, and account access unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitations

CodeCharmer does not guarantee business results, revenue increases, search rankings, platform approvals, uninterrupted third-party services, or outcomes outside CodeCharmer’s control unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
