How cancellations are handled

This cancellation policy applies to consulting, technical support, implementation, development, automation, and related professional services sold by CodeCharmer LLC.

Project cancellations

A customer may request cancellation by emailing codecharmer@codecharmer.io. CodeCharmer will review the work completed, committed time, third-party costs, and written project terms to determine the final balance, refund eligibility, or outstanding amount.

Scheduled consulting calls

Consulting calls or support sessions may be rescheduled when reasonable notice is provided. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or rescheduling requests may be subject to the terms stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.

Recurring services

Recurring service plans, maintenance agreements, or retainers may be cancelled according to the written agreement for that service. The agreement will describe notice periods, renewal dates, and any final billing obligations.

Third-party services

Some work may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, software licenses, SaaS tools, plugins, or vendor services. Third-party charges are subject to the third party’s own terms and may not be refundable by CodeCharmer.
