Refund policy
Refunds for services and digital deliverables
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for consulting, implementation, development, support, and digital-service purchases from CodeCharmer LLC.
General rule
CodeCharmer charges for professional time, planning, consulting, implementation work, and digital deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the status of the work, the written scope, and whether services have already been performed.
Before work begins
If a customer cancels before work begins, any refund will be handled according to the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. If those documents do not specify a different rule, CodeCharmer will review the unused portion of the payment and communicate the available refund options.
After work begins
Fees for completed consulting, development, implementation, support time, custom work, or delivered digital materials are generally not refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Retainers and prepaid support
Recurring retainers and prepaid support arrangements are governed by the customer’s written agreement. Unused time, rollover rules, termination rights, and renewal terms will be stated before payment where applicable.
How to request a refund
Email codecharmer@codecharmer.io with the customer name, invoice number, payment date, service purchased, and reason for the request. CodeCharmer will review the request and respond with the available options.
